As Onnivation started looking for leaders to join the team, we started writing some notes internally about the type of prospective candidates we were looking to hire, as well as the types of conversations we were looking to have, and decided to open up the process to let people get a glimpse of the cool work we do

Onnivation is a unique cross border market accelerator that invests in the India Business of Israeli deep tech companies and helps them grow in India by providing the local team, capital and run the sales and growth.

Onnivation has a portfolio of 15+ companies in the areas of E-commerce, Retail, Data Science & Analytics, AI, Cloud, Security, Marketing and Ad Tech Space.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Provide inspirational leadership and direction to all strategic sales managers, and ensure the continued development and management of professionals and thereby the organisation
  2. Establish effective decision-making processes that will enable Organisation to achieve its long- and short-term goals and objectives
  3. Creating and handling a team of strategic sales managers to steer the sales revenue of the company
  4. Managing the P&Ls of atleast portfolio products and making strategic plans for the same in a 3M, 6M, 12M format
  5. Creating a healthy pipeline and driving revenue through high dollar value enterprise sales for product within India and/or other specified regions.
  6. Nurturing and building relationships with CXO’s in Digital native businesses.
  7. Having complete ownership of sales cycle — from lead generation to closure.
  8. Ensuring 100% customer satisfaction and maximizing retention as well as cross sell/up sell opportunities.
  9. Meeting and exceeding all quarterly and annual sales targets.
  10. Maintaining and developing sales forecasting and pipeline trackers to smoothen internal collaboration.

Onnivation is looking for an individual who is:

  1. Someone who has 14+ years of experience in sales– SAAS, Real estate, automotive would be preferred
  2. A hustler and self-starter who thrives in taking and executing new initiatives.
  3. Able to work independently & effectively collaborate as part of a team in a fast pace, rapid changing environment.
  4. Someone who can quickly build rapport with potential customers with a smile on their face — we are client-facing on an everyday basis.
  5. Exceptional storyteller; great at holding people’s attention.
  6. Constantly focused on building problem-solving skills with close attention to detail.
