Senior Social Media Specialist
Minimum Qualification Required
- 6+ years relevant professional experience in social strategy, social media management, social media planning, social media buying, and/or budget management
- Experience managing or working within cross-functional marketing and creative teams
- A passion for social media and understanding its business impact
- Have handled B2B social media campaigns in the past
Job Responsibilities
- Manage & Maintain clear intent and strategic direction for each Social Media channel (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, Google My Business, YouTube), in order to build brand awareness and drive brand community
- Ability to mange paid social media campaigns and allocate media budget on a month on month basis
- Increase organic engagement on Social Media platforms through informative & appealing content, while bringing more users to our pages
- Blog content: commissioning, curation, editing, aggregating and posting in line with our content strategy
- Communicate with industry professionals and influencers via social media to create a strong network.
- Experience in advertising operations or media planning
- Highly detail-oriented, have excellent organizational skills, and ability to multi-task
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills – ability to capture and use various data points to develop and measure marketing programs
- Excellent oral and written communication skills and an ability to influence others
- Ability to partner cross-functionally and work with a wide range of stakeholders
- Strong quantitative and analytical skills including working with budgets and numbers
- Proven track record of delivering high quality social media campaigns in very dynamic environments
- Understanding of creative development process and media planning
