Minimum Qualification Required

  • 6+ years relevant professional experience in social strategy, social media management, social media planning, social media buying, and/or budget management
  • Experience managing or working within cross-functional marketing and creative teams
  • A passion for social media and understanding its business impact
  • Have handled B2B social media campaigns in the past

Job Responsibilities

  • Manage & Maintain clear intent and strategic direction for each Social Media channel (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, Google My Business, YouTube), in order to build brand awareness and drive brand community
  • Ability to mange paid social media campaigns and allocate media budget on a month on month basis
  • Increase organic engagement on Social Media platforms through informative & appealing content, while bringing more users to our pages
  • Blog content: commissioning, curation, editing, aggregating and posting in line with our content strategy
  • Communicate with industry professionals and influencers via social media to create a strong network.
  • Experience in advertising operations or media planning
  • Highly detail-oriented, have excellent organizational skills, and ability to multi-task
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills – ability to capture and use various data points to develop and measure marketing programs
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills and an ability to influence others
  • Ability to partner cross-functionally and work with a wide range of stakeholders
  • Strong quantitative and analytical skills including working with budgets and numbers
  • Proven track record of delivering high quality social media campaigns in very dynamic environments
  • Understanding of creative development process and media planning

Education and Experience
