Solution Engineer (Cyber Security)
Position Summary:
We’re searching for a Solution Engineer with a strong background in cyber security to join our team. In this role, you’ll help set up advanced security solutions for our clients. You’ll work closely with the sales team to ensure our clients’ digital assets are well protected from cyber threats.
Responsibilities
- Understanding Solutions:
- Understanding Onnivation’s cyber security portfolio that safeguards networks, applications, and data.
- Develop plans for seamlessly implementing these solutions at the customer’s end.
- Helping Sales Teams:
- Assist the sales team by explaining technical details to potential clients.
- Answer client questions and show how our solutions can address their security needs.
- Putting Solutions in Place:
- Collaborate with our partners & sales team to put security solutions into action.
- Sharing Expertise:
- Stay up-to-date with the latest cyber security trends and threats, especially in Cloud & Application
- Use your knowledge to choose and set up the best security tools for each situation.
- Training and Support:
- Teach clients how to use and manage security solutions effectively.
- Offer ongoing support and help with any issues that arise.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a Solution Engineer or in a similar role, focusing on cyber security.
- Good understanding of cyber security concepts and tools.
- Strong communication skills to explain technical matters clearly.
- A knack for solving problems and spotting security risks.
- Able to work independently and with others in a fast-paced environment.
Experience: 6-10 years
Education and Experience
- 6+ years relevant professional experience in social strategy, social media management, social media planning, social media buying, and/or budget management
- Experience managing or working within cross-functional marketing and creative teams
- A passion for social media and understanding its business impact
- Have handled B2B social media campaigns in the past
- Knowledge of handling & allocating media budget on social
