Interviewing for Sales role at Onnivation

As Onnivation started looking for leaders to join the team, we started writing some notes internally about the type of prospective candidates we were looking to hire, as well as the types of conversations we were looking to have, and decided to open up the process to let people get a glimpse of the cool work we do

Onnivation is a unique cross border market accelerator that invests in the India Business of Israeli deep tech companies and helps them grow in India by providing the local team, capital and run the sales and growth.

Onnivation has a portfolio of 15 companies in the areas of E-commerce, Retail, Data Science & Analytics, AI, Cloud, Security, Marketing and Ad Tech Space.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Creating a healthy pipeline and driving revenue through high dollar value enterprise sales for product within India and/or other specified regions.
  2. Nurturing and building relationships with CXO’s in Digital native businesses.
  3. Having complete ownership of sales cycle — from lead generation to closure.
  4. Ensuring 100% customer satisfaction and maximizing retention as well as cross sell/up sell opportunities.
  5. Meeting and exceeding all quarterly and annual sales targets.
  6. Maintaining and developing sales forecasting and pipeline trackers to smoothen internal collaboration.

Onnivation is looking for an individual who is:
